This newly created role of Business Excellence Lead will help shape the future operating model for the Group.
- Impact of the Role
- Reporting to our Group Integration Director, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying improvement opportunities through data analytics and stakeholder engagement.
- Delivering measurable improvements in productivity, customer outcomes and profitability.
- Embedding sustainable improvements that become standard ways of working.
- Accelerating business performance through data, digital technologies and AI.

- Build trusted relationships while constructively challenging existing ways of working.
- Knowledge & Experience
- Experience or academic exposure to Business Improvement, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
- Ability to influence and engage colleagues across multiple business functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills; Power BI desirable.
- Recognised project management qualifications including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement tools.
- Experience implementing CRM, ERP or operational systems.
- Travel
- Regular travel to Group companies and operational sites across the UK is expected, with occasional overnight stays.
Full UK driving licence is required.
