About the role:
They are seeking a commercially astute Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager with at least four years of sponsorship or event sales experience, including a strong track record of selling high-value packages to technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT vendors while consistently meeting and exceeding targets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in its commercial success, building relationships with technology and cybersecurity vendors across North America and Europe and creating bespoke packages that deliver strong results.

Duties:

- Consultative Sales: Sell across the full portfolio using a consultative approach, creating bespoke multi-product packages aligned with each client’s commercial objectives.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior marketing, demand generation, and partnership decision-makers within technology companies.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, events, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, strong CRM hygiene, and clear pipeline reporting for senior leadership.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at events and industry forums as a strong ambassador for the brand.
