- Summer hours for months of June to August Due to continued expansion, my client is seeking a creative, “hands-on” Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead their organic social presence, produce engaging social-first content and keep our Shopify website fresh throughout each season.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and our external advertising agency.
As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a social media OR Digital Marketing role, either in-house or agency-side, any experience of working within the high-end fashion industry would be advantageous.
- Candidate Skills
- Strong content-creation skills across graphic design, copywriting, and video editing
- Confident Photoshop skills, including image retouching and preparing assets for the web.
- Experience editing short-form videos for social channels.
- Experience creating and scheduling organic content across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite or equivalent tools.
- Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to produce on-brand static and video advertising assets to Meta specifications.
- Confident copywriting skills and a strong feel for a social-first tone of voice
- Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage a content calendar across multiple channels.
- An enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive approach, with a willingness to support the wider business in a fast-paced environment. Desirable experience

- An interest in, or experience of, creating Tik Tok content.
- Photography or other content-capture skills
- Familiarity with social media and website analytics Duties
- Plan, create and schedule organic Facebook and Instagram content, managing a calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Create engaging, social first graphics and short-form videos from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Design assets for Meta campaigns and collaborate with the external agency to ensure paid social and Google advertising remains timely, relevant and on brand.
- Manage the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in the brand’s tone of voice.
- Retouch and prepare website imagery in Photoshop.
- Edit video content for use across social channels.
- Track and report on social media and website performance, using insights to shape future content
