This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation who are seeking Service Engineer to join their expanding team.
As a Service Engineer, you will have proven experience of working as a Service Engineer or in a similar role preferably within the smoke ventilation fire safety or HVAC industry.
As a Service Engineer, you will perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of smoke ventilation systems, diagnose faults, and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
As a Service Engineer you will carry out client site visits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with industry standards and provide technical support and guidance to clients.
You will complete daily service reports and maintain accurate documentation and work closely with the engineering and projects team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidate Skills
- Must have excellent electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with smoke ventilation systems or fire safety equipment
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, FIA Certification)
- CSCS or equivalent health and safety certification.
