Sales Operations Manager – Based Milton Keynes – Hybrid Basic salary up to £70,000 depending on experience, company car, annual profit share, private medical with family cover, pension, 33 days holidays. Due to continued growth, my client is seeking a talented Sales Operations Manager to join a highly successful Data & Cabling Solutions Business. The main purpose of the Sales Operations Manager will be to initially shadow, support and learn from established Sales Operations Managers within the wider group, whilst actively engaging and leading specific projects and at the same time gain an understanding of the overall business processes to eventually take full control of the Milton Keynes operation. As a Sales Operations Manager you will have a background of working in Sales within Enterprise Networking or Data Distribution Centre/Data Cabling industry with proven experience of maximising sales growth, operational efficiency, cost control measures, sales, margin and P&L. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be commercial astute, results orientated with a passion for success, self-motivated entrepreneurial individual with experience of developing business and leading a team. You will develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, suppliers to secure new business, drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
