12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Salary £30,000 to £32,000 dependent upon experience

Our client is a SaaS provider of innovative digital payment solutions designed to streamline business processes. They are now seeking a highly motivated Delivery Coordinator / Manager to join a fast-paced dynamic office.

The Delivery Coordinator / Manager will manage projects from start to go-live working closely with the team including in-house consultants and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Essential Candidate Skills & Experience
- Past experience in a Project Support / delivery or junior project management role
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced exciting busy office environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with all departments
- Work towards deadlines and highly organised
- Confident and comfortable in a customer facing role
- Experience of conducting client facing meetings on MS Teams
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced exciting busy office environment
- Proactive, resilient and tenacious with a ‘can do’ positive attitude
Desirable
- Experience working in SaaS or tech desirable but not essential
- Previous client facing role
- Familiarity with onboarding or implementation process
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new and future projects
- Organise and host projects calls with clients
- Liaise with the technical team who will handle the complex elements
- Drive projects forward to ensure clients remain updated and moving forwards
- Coordinate with stakeholders on timescales and deadlines
- Ensure all project documents are reports are kept updated
