Part-time Weekend Sales Team Leader – Based Manchester Working 3 days per week in the office which will in include every Saturday and Sunday, 3rd day flexible Hours of work 9am to 5pm – Basic salary part-time salary £22,800 OTE £30,000 “Outstanding benefits” include extended maternity and paternity leave, health cash plan, generous holiday allowances, life assurance, enhanced pension scheme, access to an onsite gym, among several other benefits. As a Part-time Weekend Sales Team Leader this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Team Leader who may looking to step into a management position or looking for a fresh challenge. As a Part-time Weekend Sales Team Leader, you will have a background in working in a B2C contact centre and able to demonstrate your leadership skills. You will responsible the overall performance of team, whilst also motivating, coaching, and developing the team achieve and exceed their KPI’s. whilst collaborating with other Team Leaders to help achieve broader sales objectives. Candidate Skills * Proven experience of supervising/leading a team with a sales environment. * Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Understand business metrics and their impact on sales performance. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. * Coach and drive your team’s performance with good influential skills. * Strong diligence with excellent organisational skills. * Ability to prioritise your time with a passion for helping others to deliver results. * Passion for continuous learning, personal development, and career progression. Duties * You will lead and oversee the weekend sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies. * Monitor your team’s performance, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted plans to improve outcomes. * Review your team’s personal development and training initiatives. * Use creative leadership strategies to inspire and drive team success. * Identify and address obstacles that may impact team performance. * Analyse sales data and customer interactions to enhance overall effectiveness and inform strategic initiatives. * Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote the company’s services. * Build rapport with prospective customers to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates. * Provide continuous support to team members, ensuring consistency in sales performance
