Based in Marlborough, this is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Paralegal or a Qualified Solicitor who is detail-oriented and thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Paralegal or Qualified Solicitor, you will have a Degree in Law with a genuine interest in supporting the Agricultural and Commercial Property industry (highly desirable, but not essential). Any knowledge of Land Registry procedures would be an asset.

Duties

  • Assist fee earners with agricultural and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable schemes
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents such as contracts, transfers, and lease agreements
  • Prepare land registry applications and manage post-completion formalities
  • Carry out property searches and analyse results to advise fee earners and clients
  • Manage client correspondence and ensure all communications are handled professionally and promptly
  • Organise and maintain client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
  • Support the team with administrative duties as needed
