Order Management Co-ordinator β Based Exeter
Basic salary cΒ£27,000 plus pension scheme, death in service benefit, staff discounts, healthcare cash plan and excellent career progression and ongoing training.
Our client is seeking a proactive Order Management Coordinator with experience in order management, supply chain or customer service.
As an Order Management Co-Ordinator, you will have a strong understanding on B2B and B2C order flows and be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle across a cross retail, distribution and e-commerce, ensuring timely fulfilment and inventory optimisation.
As an Order Management Co-ordinator up will expedite the fulfilment of confirmed sales orders across B2B and B2C channels and work closely with the sales, customer services, production, logistics and purchasing department and play a key role in keeping orders flowing smoothly and customers receiving the highest level of service.
