Job Description
Healthcare Surveyor\\n\\nThis role can be based in North London, St. Albans or Stokenchurch\\n\\nThis role can a Healthcare Surveyor level or Senior Healthcare Surveyor level or Associate Director – depending on experience, candidates must have previous experience of working in the Healthcare sector.\\n\\nBasic salary ranges from £35,000 up to £55,000 depending on the level of experience, plus bonus, car allowance, 36 days holiday, healthcare, private medical, product discounts, paid professional subscriptions, training, career development, and more.\\n\\nAs a Healthcare Surveyor, you must be a Qualified Chartered Surveyor with at least 1 year of PQE, a registered Valuer, and have experience in care home and trading valuations, as well as Landlord and Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals.\\n\\nAs a Healthcare Surveyor, you will be part of the Healthcare team and be responsible for assisting with managing client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the business.\\n\\nYour focus will be on secondary care in the form of care home valuations, pharmacy, and dental trading valuations, with some involvement with primary care GP clients to provide a variety of services primarily valuation and landlord and tenant.\\n\\nAs a Healthcare Surveyor, you will take on a fee earning role, achieving a fee target whilst also developing your professional skills and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to clients.\\n\\nDuties\\n\\n * You will independently manage a number of existing and new instructions and contribute ideas for business development and service improvement.\\n\\n * Assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the team and establishing a consistent and high fee earning role.\\n\\n * Engage with new and existing clients to build relationships and support business growth.\\n\\n * Manage any correspondence and tasks, daily.\\n\\n * Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.\\n\\n * Work collaboratively as part of the healthcare and wider teams.\\n\\n * Identify opportunities for professional development and process improvements.\\n\\n * Maintain a pipeline of work in alignment with team targets
