As a Customer Support Technician, you will need:
- A strong customer service background with a genuine technical interest or technical customer support experience ideally within the automotive, motorsports, or a technology related role (full product training will be given).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and proficient writing skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- The ability to grasp, learn, and develop quickly.
You will provide excellent customer technical support to clients via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, as well as to a network of distributors on a global basis. A logical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to multi-task are essential.
