Customer Support Technician

Based in Buckinghamshire, this role offers a salary of up to £29,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus, enhanced pension, private healthcare, 33 days holidays, and many more benefits.

As a Customer Support Technician, you will need:

• A strong customer service background with a genuine technical interest or technical customer support experience ideally within the automotive, motorsports, or a technology related role (full product training will be given).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and proficient writing skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• The ability to grasp, learn, and develop quickly.

You will provide excellent customer technical support to clients via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, as well as to a network of distributors on a global basis. A logical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to multi-task are essential.
