Are you a senior front end engineer who still loves to code, but also enjoys setting technical direction and mentoring others? We’re working with a well-established, product-led technology company that’s continuing to grow its engineering capability and invest heavily in its platform and people.
This role sits at Senior–Lead level and offers the chance to be the technical go-to for front end engineering, influencing both product delivery and engineering standards, while remaining hands-on. You’ll be joining a collaborative, modern engineering environment where quality, usability, and continuous improvement genuinely matter.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of front end architecture, standards, and best practices across multiple products.
- Working closely with product managers, designers, QA, and back end engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Building well-tested, scalable, and maintainable front end applications, delivered iteratively and continuously.
- Scoping work, shaping solutions, and helping drive technical decision-making.
- Prototyping new ideas and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the product platform.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Front End Engineer in a product-led environment.
- Experience influencing technical direction and mentoring other engineers.
- A strong focus on code quality, testing, and user experience.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across disciplines.
- An appetite to learn, share knowledge, and continuously improve how things are done.
Why this role is exciting:
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the technology and the people within a growing engineering team. You’ll have real influence over front end engineering decisions, work on meaningful products used at scale, and be part of a company that genuinely values learning, collaboration, and long-term growth.
