As the Spa Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to make the first impression with each spa guest, you'll assist them in booking treatments and selecting products that match their needs.

About you...

  • Passionate about hospitality, spas and exceptional guest service with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Team player, flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
