What You'll Do

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing Concierge team, fostering a culture of warmth, curiosity and exceptional service.

Provide day-to-day leadership for the Concierge, Doorman and Porter teams, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, luggage handling and guest assistance while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Set the standard for personalised guest experiences, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to individual preferences, interests and occasions.

Build and maintain outstanding relationships with London's finest restaurants, cultural institutions, retailers, entertainment venues, wellness partners and luxury service providers.

Share your extensive local knowledge with both guests and colleagues, continuously expanding the team's understanding of London's evolving hospitality and cultural landscape.

Oversee all concierge operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and consistently exceptional service delivery.

Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to create seamless, end-to-end guest journeys.

Anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges with confidence and discretion, and transform special occasions into lasting memories.

Ensure consistently exceptional service standards across all guest touchpoints, empowering your team to deliver intuitive, personalised experiences while continually seeking opportunities to enhance the guest journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in luxury hospitality, with previous leadership experience within Concierge.
  • An active Les Clefs d'Or member.
  • An intimate, up-to-date knowledge of London, from iconic landmarks to neighbourhood favourites, emerging restaurants, exclusive events and hidden local treasures.
  • A genuine passion for creating highly personalised recommendations and curating bespoke itineraries that exceed guest expectations.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing Concierge, Doorman and Porter teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with guests, colleagues and external partners.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • A proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering intuitive, heartfelt service.
