We are looking for someone to help in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Having experience in Outlook, Word and Excel would be ideal but training can be given. We use a software called Commusoft to book work in; experience with this would be helpful but again training will be given.

Your tasks will be:

  • Answering phones/emails
  • Making appointments
  • Chasing payments
  • Assisting office manager
