This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator to join a busy Plant and Transport team supporting a large operational fleet and a growing plant division.
Working closely with the Plant & Transport leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of plant operations across multiple depots. The position offers exposure to modern plant technology, telematics systems, fleet compliance processes and operational reporting, making it an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and operational teams.
You'll become a central point of coordination between depots, suppliers, OEM partners and internal departments, helping ensure equipment is monitored, compliant and performing efficiently across the business. This is a role with genuine long-term development potential, offering the chance to build knowledge of plant operations, fleet management and operational analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Plant & Transport department, assisting with the coordination of plant operations across multiple depots.
- Generate, review and maintain key operational reports relating to plant utilisation, performance and trends.
