About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will become a key part of the business, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing a wide range of administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage busy diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes where required, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors, managing communications professionally.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support a variety of business projects and provide administrative assistance across the wider team.
  • Assist with expenses, invoice processing, and general financial administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines and key business activities are met.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or Office Coordinator.
  • Exceptionally organised with excellent time management skills.
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Able to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional, approachable and highly trustworthy when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to anticipate the needs of the business.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience supporting Directors or senior managers.
  • Experience arranging complex travel and diary management.
  • Exposure to finance administration, including expenses and invoice processing.
  • Experience working within a busy office or professional services environment.
