About the Role

We are supporting a growing, operationally focused business to hire a hands-on HR Manager to support a workforce of around 300 employees. This is a key role within the organisation, combining strategic input with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting organisational performance, employee engagement, and the development of a scalable HR function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into practical HR initiatives, using data and insight to support decision-making.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives including restructures and transformation programmes.
  • Lead and implement change management activities, ensuring clear communication and successful adoption across the business.
