You will gain full visibility across the business and play a key role in shaping how finance supports future growth. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly management accounts across multiple group entities
- Variance analysis including month-on-month and year-on-year reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Oversight of VAT and tax reporting
- Working closely with external auditors and accountants
- Supporting financial planning and forecasting activities
- Producing financial reports and insights for senior leadership
- Oversight and improvement of transactional finance processes
- Managing and monitoring factoring facilities
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial systems, automation and reporting processes
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the finance function
