An established and highly respected organisation based in Doncaster is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Coordinator / Senior Payroll Administrator to join their growing payroll function. You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all employees receive accurate and timely payments while maintaining full compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls in a high-volume environment, ensuring all timesheets, overtime, expense claims, and supporting documentation are accurately processed.
  • Calculate and process salaries, wages, bonuses, statutory payments (including SSP, company sick pay, Maternity and Paternity pay).
  • Manage PAYE, NIC, pension contributions, voluntary deductions, and Attachment of Earnings Orders (AEOs).
  • Perform manual gross-to-net calculations, handle tax coding notices, and process benefits in kind.
  • Thoroughly check and reconcile payrolls to ensure accuracy.
