Never worked in recruitment before? That's absolutely fine! We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the confidence to speak to people.
What does a Recruitment Resourcer actually do?
Your job will be to find people who could be a good fit for the jobs our clients are looking to fill.
You'll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, who manage relationships with our clients, to understand what each business needs and find suitable candidates.
A big part of your role will involve researching, using LinkedIn and job boards to find potential candidates and picking up the phone to speak to them.
You'll learn how to spot the right experience, ask good questions and build relationships with people who might be interested in a new opportunity.
You'll also keep in touch with candidates, organise interviews and help make sure everyone has a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
What will you be doing day to day?
Finding people: Using LinkedIn, job boards and other tools to find people with the skills and experience our clients need.
Writing candidate CVs and profiles: Putting together clear, professional CVs and candidate summaries to highlight people's experience, skills and suitability for a role.
Posting jobs online: Advertising vacancies on job boards to attract people who may be interested in the opportunities we are recruiting for.
