Our client is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer/Prepper to join their busy paint department in Warwick. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and masking vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with production targets and quality requirements.
- Prepare and mask vehicles for painting to a professional finish.
- Ensure all work meets quality and production standards in line with takt times.
- Promote and maintain excellent housekeeping and safe working practices.
- Flexibly assist in various paint shop tasks and across different units as required.
- Awareness and understanding of production takt times.
- Previous experience in a paint spraying or prepping role (automotive or similar environment preferred).
- Ability to work in awkward or confined spaces, climb onto vehicles, and enter/exit bodies and hoppers safely.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and commitment to quality.
