Our client is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer/Prepper to join their busy paint department in Warwick. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and masking vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with production targets and quality requirements. You'll play an important part in upholding the company's reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mask vehicles for painting to a professional finish.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and production standards in line with takt times.
  • Promote and maintain excellent housekeeping and safe working practices.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, particularly when working with solvents.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Flexibly assist in various paint shop tasks and across different units as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements when working with solvents.
  • Awareness and understanding of production takt times.
  • Previous experience in a paint spraying or prepping role (automotive or similar environment preferred).
  • Ability to work in awkward or confined spaces, climb onto vehicles, and enter/exit bodies and hoppers safely.
  • Capacity for occasional heavy lifting.
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and commitment to quality.
