We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee operations for a key client. This leadership position is vital to ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Installation works and a proven track record of managing complex site activities.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
  • Direct and supervise construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing consistent updates to senior management.
  • Participate in design, coordination, and commissioning meetings to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and technical requirements.
  • Track and manage project costs, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation, including Temporary Works Registers, while ensuring adherence to CDM regulations.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and foster a strong health and safety culture on-site.
  • Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain progress and quality.
  • Prepare method statements and risk assessments for all works.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • SMSTS certification
  • First Aid at Work
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full UK driving licence
