Our client is a well-established engineering business supplying the UK rail industry. They're now looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their close-knit commercial team. It's a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career, with a clear pathway into a Sales Manager position as the business continues to grow. This is an office-based role managing a portfolio of existing customers. You'll focus on building strong relationships, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations and delivering excellent customer service. You'll become the go-to contact for your customers while learning a specialist product range, with full training provided. Looking after around 20 established customer accounts. Building strong, long-term customer relationships. You'll enjoy working with people and building relationships. Account Management Internal Sales Customer Service Sales Support Commercial Administration Technical or Engineering Support A full UK driving licence.
