As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive digital performance and support ambitious expansion plans.

The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded, data-driven E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of multiple online platforms and lead initiatives that improve digital performance, customer experience, and revenue growth. This role will focus on website optimisation, conversion rate improvement, analytics, CRM management, and the development of new print-on-demand e-commerce solutions. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Production teams, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional online customer journey while improving internal efficiencies. This is a full-time, office-based position in the Sheffield area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Conversion Optimisation
    • Manage the design, build, launch, and ongoing optimisation of e-commerce websites.
    • Improve website user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), including landing pages, product pages, and checkout journeys.
    • Optimise conversion funnels across multiple brands and customer journeys.
    • Support the development of print-on-demand and customisation platforms.
  • Sales & Operations Collaboration
    • Automate sales and administrative workflows where possible.
    • Improve lead quality through enhanced enquiry and qualification processes.
    • Work with internal teams to streamline order processing from enquiry through to production.
  • CRM & Digital Marketing
    • Grow and maintain customer databases.
    • Develop and manage lifecycle email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
    • Support customer retention and lead nurturing initiatives through marketing automation.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor key performance metrics including website conversions, cost per lead, and quote-to-order ratios.
    • Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for senior management.
    • Analyse customer behaviour and recommend improvements to maximise online performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with website content management systems, including WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Experience with print-on-demand or product customisation software is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify commercial opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
