The Role
- Managing strategic projects from concept through to delivery
- Coordinating teams, suppliers, partners and stakeholders
- Driving accountability and ensuring actions are completed
- Supporting business development and commercial growth initiatives
- Preparing proposals, presentations, reports and business documentation
- Attending meetings, capturing actions and ensuring follow-through
- Helping launch and grow new business ventures
- Supporting marketing, social media and brand activity
- Creating structure, systems and processes that improve efficiency
- Identifying problems early and helping find solutions

About You
We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys making things happen. You'll ideally have experience:
- Working closely with a CEO, Founder or Senior Leadership Team
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Operating within a startup, scale-up or entrepreneurial environment
- Supporting business development, sales or commercial activity
- Coordinating stakeholders and driving projects forward
- Preparing professional reports, presentations and proposals
