The Role:

  • MIG welding and re-plating on specialist equipment
  • Stripping and rebuilding components
  • Completing work efficiently to agreed timescales and quality expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records and following processes
  • Promoting a clean, safe working environment and adhering to health & safety guidelines

About You:

You'll be someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and has a strong eye for detail. We're looking for:

  • Welding/fabrication qualifications
  • Strong MIG welding experience with medium-heavy steel (2mm–10mm)
  • Experience building and tack welding from drawings and ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Comfort working in physically demanding or confined environments
  • Willingness to learn new skills and travel if required

Desirable:

  • Mechanical or hydraulic fitting experience
