We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Regional Service Manager to take full responsibility for the performance, safety, and growth of multiple Service Centre operations. This is a key leadership position focused on ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continued business growth. You will lead a combination of office-based staff, workshop personnel, and mobile engineers, ensuring a consistent and high-level service offering to customers.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily activity across multiple service locations, maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- Monitor operational performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior escalation point when required
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
