About the Opportunity We're working with an innovative technology business that's transforming the way connected devices communicate across the UK.

It's a role for someone who enjoys getting out, meeting people, starting conversations, building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and love the satisfaction of securing a deal, you'll thrive here.

The Role You'll engage directly with commercial property owners, landlords, housing providers and businesses, helping them understand the benefits of partnering with the business while negotiating long-term site agreements.

Working closely with internal technical teams, you'll help ensure every site moves smoothly from initial conversation through to installation.

Key Responsibilities Identify and secure rooftops, commercial buildings and strategic locations for network gateway installations.

Visit prospective sites and build relationships through face-to-face meetings.

Proactively contact property owners, landlords and businesses via telephone and email.

Explain the benefits of hosting network equipment in a clear, engaging and non-technical way.

Negotiate commercial agreements and secure long-term access to suitable sites.

Coordinate site surveys with technical teams.

Maintain accurate records of opportunities, negotiations and agreements.

Manage your own pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve acquisition targets.

Represent the business professionally and build lasting relationships with partners across your region.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid to start conversations.

You'll be comfortable working independently, managing your own diary and creating opportunities through persistence and relationship building.

Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing sales, business development or property-related role.

Proven experience generating new business through direct outreach.

Experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

Experience in telecoms, utilities, infrastructure or property would be advantageous but isn't essential.
