Our client is a well-established engineering business supplying the UK rail industry. They're now looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their close-knit commercial team. It's a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career, with a clear pathway into a Sales Manager position as the business continues to grow.

This is an office-based role managing a portfolio of existing customers. You'll focus on building strong relationships, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Looking after around 20 established customer accounts.
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Account Management

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • If you've got the right attitude and enjoy looking after customers, full product training will be provided.
