Position Overview
The Creative Producer sits at the heart of our creative and production process. You will collaborate closely with creatives, clients, partners, and suppliers to bring ideas to life across campaigns, events, content, activations, and brand experiences. You are equally comfortable developing a production plan, managing a budget, coordinating teams, and contributing to the creative process. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, anticipate challenges before they arise, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Lead on projects from briefing through delivery and post‑project evaluation.
- Develop detailed project plans, creative development, and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Coordinate freelancers, suppliers, and production partners.
- Identify and mitigate creative elements within project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate with creative teams during ideation and concept development.
- Help shape ideas into feasible, deliverable, and commercially viable productions.
- Support the development of creative presentations, pitches, and proposals, including event overview decks, mood boards, reference image sourcing, and AI rendering.
- Render in SketchUp or other programs (bonus).
- Ensure creative vision is maintained throughout production and delivery.
- Act as the primary creative point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings in terms of creative and production communications.
- Build strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, monitor, and reconcile project budgets alongside the Head of Production, as required.
- Negotiate with suppliers and production partners to achieve value and quality.
- Manage creative resource allocation across projects and teams.
- Oversee production, installation, event delivery, content shoots, and activations as required.
- Ensure all outputs meet OBO London’s creative and operational standards.
- Conduct post‑project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

- 3–6+ years of experience in a creative production, experiential, events, content, or agency environment.
- Proven experience delivering complex creative projects from concept through execution.
