We are looking for talented, passionate designers to join our Bermuda office, where you will play a central role in turning vision into reality across our wide portfolio of high-end residential, hospitality, commercial office, and healthcare projects in the Bermuda market. The full-time positions below are open in our Bermuda studio.

As part of our multidisciplinary Bermuda team, you will have the opportunity to:

Work alongside a diverse group of design professionals in a multidisciplinary practice Take projects from first sketch through to final handover across the island. Move between sectors and scales, on both large and small projects and clients. Contribute to the culture of the tight-knit office, helping to develop standards and workflows. Continue developing your professional expertise, with support from senior leadership and colleagues

Architectural Assistant/Graduate

Professional degree in Architecture (Part 2, or B.Arch / M.Arch equivalent). 1-2 years post-graduate experience required, flexibility to move to Bermuda.

About the Role

As an Architectural Assistant/Graduate, you will work within project teams across a portfolio of projects supporting architects and technologists through design, documentation and construction. You will receive real drawings on real projects from the start, with the supervision and review that come with them, and the intention is that you are supported to grow and learn as a professional.

What You’ll Do

Prepare drawings, models and schedules at all stages, from concept design through to construction documentation. Develop design ideas and options under the direction of the project architect, and test them in plan, section and three dimensions. Assist with planning and building control submissions, and check drawings against local requirements and accessible design standards. Produce presentation material, sketches and visualisations for client meetings. Research materials, products and precedents, and help maintain drawing standards and project files. Attend site visits and project meetings, take notes and follow up on actions.

Who We’re Looking For

A Master's or equivalent level degree in Architecture, at ARB Part 2 level or the equivalent. Strong drawing ability, in three dimensions as well as two, and evident care in how work is presented. A working proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, Enscape or similar rendering platforms, together with MS Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to generate high-quality presentations. A developing understanding of construction, materials and detailing, and an interest in how buildings go together. Clear written and verbal communication, and the organisation to keep track of your own work. A collaborative approach, and the willingness to ask questions rather than guess. A commitment to working towards professional registration

All positions are full-time, on-site roles based in our Bermuda studio, with the opportunity for temporary hybrid working arrangements.
