OBM are currently recruiting for an Operations Team Leader to join their clients CCU team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Job Purpose: To provide support and supervision within our clients NUK CCU Operations in support of internal and client operations. Act as a focal point for our clients chosen CCU provider.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support for NUK CCU Team
  • Attend and participate in client facing meetings
  • Attend and participate in supplier monthly operations/KPI meetings (SWIRE)
  • Work closely with the CCU Fleet Controller to prioritise tasks for daily operations
  • Raise and investigate Non-Conformance Reports / SID's in relation to CCU quality and performance
  • Assist with administrative duties including but not limited to CCU tracking, client reports, internal/external queries
  • Work alongside NUK operational business units to provide continual client support
  • Provide detailed assistance for internal business units for all commercial aspects of CCU

Minimum Qualifications: CCU certification and Inspection training

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours):

  • Maintains positive work relationships
  • Proven experience in a Leadership role
  • Working knowledge of CMS
  • Working knowledge of Cargo Carrying Units (CCU's)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, while ensuring safety and standards are not compromised under pressure.
  • High level of safety awareness
  • Computer literate (Outlook and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of iLMS suites
