As our London studio continues to grow, we are seeking a Junior Designer with 1+ years of professional experience to join our Interior Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early‑career designer with at least 1 year of professional experience, passionate about hospitality and interior environments, and eager to grow within a globally connected and highly creative design practice.

About the role

The Junior Designer supports the Interior Design team in the development and delivery of design projects across all phases. Working closely with senior designers, you will contribute to both the creative and technical aspects of projects, from concept development and storytelling to documentation, material research, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to learn within a collaborative studio environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development of design concepts, narratives, and presentations
  • Assist with mood boards, FF&E boards, finishes boards, and material selections
  • Research imagery, materials, and suppliers to support design storytelling and project development
  • Develop 3D representations, renderings, plans, and elevations for presentations and documentation
  • Assist with specifications, annotations, and coordination drawings
  • Collaborate with senior designers, consultants, manufacturers, and project teams
  • Participate in meetings, project coordination, and design reviews
  • Support the preparation of rendering packages and review draft visuals with the senior design team
  • Help maintain the in‑house materials and finishes library
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, materials, and innovations within the design industry
  • Contribute to a collaborative, creative, and design‑focused studio culture

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated emerging designer eager to grow within the hospitality and destination design industry. You are:

  • A designer with 1+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Passionate about hospitality, luxury residential, and experience‑driven design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with Revit and interested in continuing to develop your technical skills
  • Skilled in freehand sketching, visual communication, and design presentation
  • Curious, collaborative, and detail‑oriented
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Eager to learn and contribute within a multidisciplinary global design environment
