Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West. Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu. Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
