Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine matches the view. Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award‑winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
We are seeking a motivated Barback to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key support member of our back‑of‑house bar team, the Barback will help ensure that the bar runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the bartenders in delivering exceptional service. Our Barbacks are dedicated, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards.
