Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West. Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine stands up to the view. Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team here at Oblix. Our Pastry Chef de Partie are hardworking, creative, and strive to deliver the high level of cuisine that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Oblix’s high standards.

To be a successful Oblix Pastry Chef de Partie, you would bring a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, a solid Pastry background, and a hunger to learn and progress.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
  • Patisserie/Bakery studies or equal experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great team player
