Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West. Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine matches the view. Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Our Assistant Restaurant Managers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
Our ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
- Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
