Company: OBJKTS Jewelry
Location: Remote (UK-based brand)
Type: Freelance to start, with a clear path to full-time for the right person
Works closely with: Paid Ads, E-commerce, and Email teams
The Role
We're looking for a graphic digital designer to own the visual side of our marketing across three core channels: website, paid social ads, and email. You'll be turning briefs and concepts into scroll-stopping, on-brand assets that convert, working hand in hand with the people running our ads, our store, and our email program. This starts as a freelance arrangement so we can find the right fit on both sides. For the right person, it becomes a full-time role as we grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing web imagery: homepage banners, collection pages, product page graphics, landing pages, and on-site promotional assets
- Creating paid social ad creative for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and Google, including static ads, carousels, and graphic overlays for video
- Designing email creative for our Klaviyo campaigns and flows, from hero graphics to full campaign layouts
- Adapting concepts across formats and sizes so a single idea works on the website, in an ad, and in an email without losing impact
- Working from briefs supplied by the ads, e-com, and email teams, and bringing your own ideas to the table when you spot a better way
- Keeping everything consistent with our brand look, while pushing the creative forward
- Turning around revisions quickly and managing multiple briefs at once during busy periods (launches, sales, seasonal pushes)
What We're Looking For
Essential- Previous experience designing for a D2C / e-commerce brand. You understand how design drives sales, not just how it looks
- A strong portfolio showing web imagery, paid social ads (Meta), and email design
- Fluency in the technical requirements of each format: ad specs and aspect ratios, ad safe zones, email-safe design, web image sizing and load considerations
- Confident with the standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, or your equivalent)
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and taking direction from briefs
- Fast, reliable, and organized, able to juggle several briefs without dropping quality
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or another visual lifestyle category
- Basic motion or video editing skills for social
- Familiarity with Klaviyo (or Mailchimp), Shopify, or Meta Ads Manager from a design perspective
- An eye for performance: you've designed ads and seen which creative actually won
What Success Looks Like
In the first few months, you'll have your hands on our day-to-day creative output across all three channels, the teams will trust you with briefs and know things will come back on time and on brand, and we'll be seeing your work in our best-performing ads, emails, and pages.
How to Apply
Send us your portfolio or please include your portfolio in your CV. Please include examples of web, email and adverts or social posts. Please include a short note on D2C brands you have worked with. If you have examples of ads or emails that performed well, we'd love to hear about them.
We can't wait to see your work.
