We are seeking a Senior QA Testing Engineer. Join our SW Development & Delivery team and contribute to building high-quality, cutting-edge software products.
Main Activities- Participate in a Scrum team as Senior Test Analyst and Test Automator, representing QA throughout the SDLC.
- Own test planning, test strategy, and test execution within the team.
- Analyze requirements and define test coverage and quality risks.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (API, backend, frontend/UI).
- Create and maintain test data, test documentation, and release documentation.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Manage defects and collaborate closely with developers and product owners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in testing web-based applications and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL / T‑SQL for data validation and test data preparation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Protractor.
- Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, .NET (C#).
- Experience with CI/CD and automated test execution pipelines.
- Previous exposure to FinTech or financial services.
- Strong passion for quality and commitment to high standards.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Team player with a flexible, hands-on, and pragmatic approach.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
- Process-oriented and structured in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
