JUNIOR TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
In the role of Junior Technical Implementation Consultant for Client Engage, you will focus on configuring and installing and supporting/customizing the Client Engage software according to the customer’s needs.
This involves working together with the functional consultant and understanding the requirements and subsequently configuring them.
Additionally, it also involves migrating data from legacy systems into the Objectway solution.
- Main Activities
- Deploying and configuring the Client Engage CRM software (MS CRM Dynamics 365)
- Supporting the software from a second line point of view
- Testing new software releases from a technical perspective
- Creating, maintaining, supporting technical documentation
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to configure the customer’s requirements
- Document client suggestions and requirements, provide work-around solutions
- Producing data reports for customers using SQL and/or SQL Reporting
- Participate in projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of the team
Requirements
- An IT degree/2 years’ experience
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft platform (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, . NET)
- Knowledge of T-SQL to write, understand and update SQL code
- Knowledge of web applications
- Knowledge of web APIs
- Take ownership of tasks and help to improve them
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Nice to have
- Knowledge of CRM Dynamics (big plus)
- Knowledge of JSON
- Knowledge of Power Shell
- Knowledge of Team City
- Knowledge of Rabbit MQ
