PRODUCT MANAGER - Wealth Management for our team in LONDON.

Profile and Responsibility

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our Product Management with strong client-facing capabilities and proven experience in Wealth Management digital platforms team.

The role will report to the Product Director.

In this role, combine product ownership with direct engagement with wealth management clients and prospects.

You will be expected to represent the product in workshops, demonstrations, and strategic discussions with private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions.

  • Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Product Ownership & Strategy in Product Management
  • Collaboration with Product Director for defining and maintaining the product roadmap for digital platforms and applications.
  • Focusing on end-to-end product development cycle, creating synergy and continuous collaboration with the Product Development and User Interface Design teams.
  • Translate roadmap initiatives into clear and actionable epics, features, and user stories.
  • Support backlog prioritization in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Gather, analyse, and validate requirements derived from both roadmap initiatives and client requests.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement in Client and Prospect Engagement
  • Act as a trusted product advisor for clients, supporting product implementation and adoption while understanding their operating model, regulatory constraints, and digital service expectations to ensure business value realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects, proactively engaging with them to understand their business challenges, market trends, and evolving digital needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions, supporting pre-sales activities and helping clients translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Define and enforce standards and best practices for requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Review and validate backlog items and deliverables prepared by the team.
  • Mentor and guide Business Analysts and Product Owners, fostering continuous learning and quality improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-team communication to maintain alignment across product lines and initiatives.
  • Candidate’s experience and qualifications required
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in Digital Solution, Wealth Tech or Banking environment (min. 3 years).
  • Direct exposure to digital platforms serving private banks, wealth managers, or investment firms (web and mobile).
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in managing the prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time-to market.
  • Ability with strategic prioritization and alignment across teams and organizational levels.
  • Experience in coordinating or mentoring a team of analysts or consultants.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in client-facing contexts.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking approaches.
  • Strong team player.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e. g. Mixpanel, Tealium, Power BI).
  • Experience coordinating multi-country product initiatives or Agile squads.
  • Other Requirements
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work with distributed international teams across time zones.
