Our role:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new customers for our Regulatory Solutions Line of Business. Working within defined target market segments and geographical locations, the ideal candidate is pro-active and self-motivated, and has a natural curiosity to truly understand our customer challenges, and can articulate how Objective products and solutions can help to solve these, whilst delivering great value.

This role reports to the Regional Director, Sales and does not have direct people management responsibilities.

A day in your role:

  • Identify, develop and win business opportunities within your market and geographic area
  • Build a network through industry events, networking and referrals
  • Qualify leads and establish yourself as the go-to expert in the industry.
  • Shape strategies for tender responses and collaborate with Pre-sales to craft winning proposals.
  • Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders to become their trusted advisor
  • Present compelling pitches and lead product demonstrations, supported by our Pre-Sales team
  • Continually develop Strategic Sales Skills

  • A motivated, passionate hunter with a talent for negotiating and closing deals
  • Strategic thinker who can see the customer’s perspective and craft solutions that deliver results
  • You’ve consistently won new customers and landed high-value deals
  • Experience driving successful lead-generation campaigns and converting them into wins
  • Expertise in shaping tender/bid responses and managing customer communications
  • Strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic, dynamic approach
