Contract: 23rd November 2026 - 29th January 2027

We're looking for a Forward Planning Researcher to join the team on a reality series. The role will initially be based in our UK office, before travelling overseas in January. Working as part of the Forward Planning team, you'll play an important role in researching and preparing the project ahead of filming. You'll work closely with the Art Director and wider production team, helping to develop ideas and gather the information needed to bring the creative vision to life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying experiences, activities, locations and contributors that could feature in the programme.
  • Producing clear and detailed research documents, including background information, logistics and creative considerations.
  • Researching and sourcing experts, practitioners and contributors who may participate on camera.
  • Assisting with research and planning around props, locations and spaces required for filming.
  • Supporting the Art Director and wider team with research for filming environments.
  • Assisting with general pre-production and forward planning tasks.
  • Helping ensure the team has the information and research needed to prepare for filming.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with strong research skills and ideally some experience of forward planning on reality programmes. You'll need to be comfortable working across a range of research tasks and collaborating closely with different members of the production team.
