At Object First, we are revolutionizing backup data storage by offering secure, simple, and powerful solutions designed specifically for Veeam customers. Today, 96% of ransomware attacks target backup data, and more than 70% of companies are attacked by ransomware. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Campaign Marketing Manager to drive the success of our marketing campaigns on an international scale.

Strategic Campaign Management: Plan, develop and execute fully integrated global marketing campaigns supporting our breakthrough immutable storage appliance, with the goal of pipeline generation of end users and partners. Coordinate and communicate effectively with regional marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with local needs and customs.

Integrated Marketing Planning: Design and execute a full funnel, multi-touch global marketing campaign plan including definition of target market and personas, messaging, buyer’s journey, content map, global events/field marketing strategy, digital media planning, timelines, and performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, demand generation (content and digital marketing), design, sales operations and sales to design the comprehensive GTM plan, execute it, and measure results. Continuously test and optimize campaign messaging, creative, and content to identify best outcomes along the buyer’s journey. Partner with sales operations and marketing to apply key learnings and best practices for optimal marketing ROI desired business outcomes. Focus on delivery against quarterly goals and KPIs for the campaigns based on historical or projected results and report out weekly/monthly/quarterly on actual performance and revenue impact.

Content Development: Work closely with content teams to create compelling and impactful campaign materials, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Project Management: Work cross-functionally to execute campaign tactics with program owners for timely delivery of campaign deliverables such as content and web assets, nurture emails, webinars and virtual events, and digital marketing.

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing campaign development and demand generation experience at high-growth enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that deliver against pipeline generation goals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product and finance teams to drive and influence business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and marketing technology stack, with hands-on experience with tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias towards data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics and how to deliver impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
