Associate (Tax Lawyer) – 2‑5 years PQE – London

We are recruiting an Associate for our client’s London Tax Practice Group on a permanent basis. This role will be hybrid in London.

Candidates must have experience at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or top US law firm.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of post‑qualification experience in transactional and advisory tax, with a focus on corporate and finance transactions, M&A, restructurings, and investment structures. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with experience at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US law firm.
