M&A / Private Equity Associate/Attorney

We\’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join a Tier 1 US Law Firm.

• Previous IT support experience in a law firm
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows skills
• Knowledge of NetDocuments or iManage
• Experience with iPhone support and MDM tools (e.g. Intune)
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, or Poly)
• Good communication skills and an eye for incident resolution and security escalation
