DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
Obex Dental is a growing fast paced dental company where no two days are the same. Join a supportive and vibrant team at one of our twelve practices across Herts and Beds. Our Hitchin Dental practice is looking for a Dental Receptionist. No dental experience is necessary, just a fantastic attitude, confident with patients and delighted to offer excellent customer service. After your successful probation we will support you through the next steps in progressing your career.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Β£12.25 per hour
Schedule: 1 day off during the week, which will be allocated.
Alternate Saturdays: 08:00am to 13:30pm
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (obex dental in multiple practices across Herts and Beds)
Responsibilities
- To support the Head Receptionist and Senior Receptionist in the day-to-day running of the practice.
- To complement the dental team by performing extended duties as per experience and training received and in accordance with the needs of the practice.
- To act as an essential part of the team, setting the standard for excellence in your reception tasks.
- To support, mentor and develop trainee receptionists to enable them to reach their full potential and deliver training in line with business requirements, processes, and standards.
Education and Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent (required). GCSE Maths and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Clean driving licence.
- Experience: Administrative: 3 years (required); Office: 2 years (required)
