Our client develops innovative financial tools, including a mobile wallet, and is involved in creating decentralised social networking and stablecoin solutions. They have a number of brands, logos and brand assets. Some are trademarked but a number are not.
They are looking for an experienced trademark lawyer to develop the strategy for the group to protect its brand assets using trademarks or otherwise. The project would include searching existing trademarks to see if there are any blockers, and then preparing the descriptions, classes and service scope for the purposes of filing. The actual filing of the trademarks would be conducted by external counsel. Typically, trademarks have been registered in the US, EU and UK.
It is anticipated that this project will take around 1 - 2 weeks, full time and starting in May.
